LUDINGTON, Mich. (Feb. 12, 2019) – Life without a loved one can be difficult and overwhelming. To help individuals coping with grief, Hospice of Michigan is hosting Hope After Loss from noon to 1 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 25 at the Hospice of Michigan office located at 5177 W. US-10, Ste B, in Ludington.
Hope After Loss is a free event that offers a supportive and caring environment to work through grief. Hospice of Michigan welcomes anyone in the community who has lost a friend or loved one to participate in the discussion.
Grief Support Services Manager Katie Gedraitis will guide the conversation, addressing questions such as:
* What makes it difficult to grieve?
* How do I adjust to “change?”
* What is hope and how do I keep it alive?
